On average my turn around time is 4  weeks. Once you place your order or deposit we will discuss time line for your specific project.

All sales are final  - But I want you happy with your finished piece so I will keep you in the loop as I progress on your portrait or custom order. 

If any issues occur between my door and yours (during shipping) I will happily take the piece back and fix it. 

Over the years if anything happens to it I am always around to offer suggestions or see what I can do to make your portrait as magical as the first day you got it. Due tot he fragile nature of fabric and thread I cannot guarantee it.
